Established in 1983, Connection Express Parcels Ltd provides a same day delivery service for urgent and important items around the UK, and are committed to providing best value for its customers, through continuing to offer highly competitive prices whilst maintaining a reliable and high quality service.

Connection Express Parcels Ltd are further committed to achieving its own business objectives, and the setting, attainment and review of quality objectives will be at the core of achieving these business aims.

We will develop our people by linking training activities to well communicated business and individual objectives.

Central to the Quality Policy is the establishment of a Quality Management System.

The policy and importance of operating within the QMS is communicated to all personnel within the organisation.

Management are fully committed to the Quality Management System, and will undertake a regular review of its relevance and effectiveness, to ensure its continuous improvement.
