Same Day Express
As well as providing a regulated pickup and delivery courier service to venues around the North East, we also offer a same-day express delivery service from Newcastle UK wide. This service is provided at very short notice; we get the call and can deliver in London within as little as seven hours. We use the same dedicated courier the whole way, Therefore providing an extremely safe and secure environment for the transport of your important packages.
Plasma Express
We pick up from a number GP surgeries each day and drop off at pathology laboratories around Newcastle. We use a barcode tracking system (through ER S) so our customers can see exactly what time their consignments were picked up and delivered. We have held contracts with the NHS since 1989.
Same-day Scheduled
Many sites require a shuttle service, running 9-5 to collect and circulate much-needed items. This is a service that we have been providing successfully for the NHS since 2000, transporting supplies for, operating theatres, wards, and laboratories. We can provide similar services for inter-factory and satellite sites, and between business offices and headquarters in different locations.
Our Couriers
Professional, Friendly and Approachable
Our couriers have well maintained and temperature controlled vehicles which are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
They each go through training on health and safety including; manual handling, fire safety, the use of medical spillage kits, how to transport sensitive and confidential information, and best environmental practice. Each courier renews their training annually.
We also have couriers fully trained on driving and operating tail-lift vehicles.
