Scheduled same day deliveries suit situations when our customers know in advance that a package will be ready for delivery at a certain time ie. early morning or evening, or for routine deliveries between set locations.

PROBLEM
A few days ago when our scheduled courier arrived for a collection there was nothing to pick up at the reception desk. Our courier was able to offer professional assistance in tracking down the relevant consignment. Once the package had been found he was then able to collect it from another site on the plant.

OUTCOME
By working with staff at the plant our Courier saved time and cost by sourcing the trail of the consignment through the plant and identifying where it had ended up.
